This package consists of eight parts:
Part 1: Dealing with current challenges
Challenges are often easier to deal with when we have our emotions and attitude intact. It takes a level of emotional intelligence to manage your emotions as well as managing how you appear in social environments.
Did you know there are ways where we can empower ourselves especially during times of difficulty?
- Be able to identify current challenges and barriers in your life
- To identify your uniqueness and embrace it
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 2: Identify any barriers stopping you from moving on
Imagine your mind carries a computer within it. In this computer holds all your past experiences, lessons, achievements, successes, words of encouragement, words of disbelief, people you have let down, people you have made proud. It carries everything inside. And this dictates exactly what you do in the present moment.
- Be able to understand how the past can hold us back
- Identify what exactly is holding you back
- Gain clarity on how to proceed a current situation which is challenging
- To understand how you interpret a situation and the feelings the come along with it
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 3: Noticing the way you interpret an event, before and after
Your interpretation can affect the quality of your life. Changing this can help you visualise a more promising and hopeful outlook on certain matters.
- Be able to understand how our interpretations can affect quality of life
- Identify how to make changes to your past experiences and understanding
- Be able to move on from things that no longer benefit you
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 4: Are you playing the blame game?
When we need to shift the way we think, it can become very difficult. Most of the time, we fail to do so simply because we don’t have the know-how to create the change or we are stuck in playing the blaming game because that becomes our comfort.
- Be able to notice when you blame yourself or others
- To assess how easily you move on from situations
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 5: Turning a bad day into a good day
When we need to shift the way we think, it can become very difficult. Most of the time, we fail to do so simply because we don’t have the know-how to create the change or we are stuck in playing the blaming game because that becomes our comfort.
- Be able to explain the definition of having responsibility
- To assess new areas of control and opportunities
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 6: Letting go of what drives you crazy
Think of a time when someone said something horrible or upsetting to you. How many times did you replay their voice in your mind? How many times did you talk to your close friends about it to make sense of what was said?
Doing this waste valuable energy that can go into more productive, constructive and better actions.
- Be able to set yourself free from hurt and disappointment
- Help you move on and gain closure from a person
- Gain accountability to move forward and control what you are able to
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 7: Focusing your energy on the positive
Imagine you have a glass in front of you with water full to the brim. You are adding your favourite flavoured syrup to the drink and before you know it, the drink starts to spill over.
That’s exactly how your mind works with emotions. There’s only so much we can until it becomes overloaded. Like the glass, we also have limited amount of space for physical, mental and emotional things.
We need to release the negative emotions in order to have space for the things we truly want to feel and have.
- Be able to release negative energy and make space for positivity
- Train yourself to become optimistic on a daily basis
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 8: Creating hope for a better future
By consciously adopting a new way of thinking and processing information can really help with feeling more productive, energetic and enjoy better health. It’s good to visualise a promising and hopeful future as often as you can. This will strengthen your neural pathways to make this happen.
- Be able to gain clarity on your future goals
- To adopt a new way of thinking
- Visualise a future you strongly desire and wish for
