This package consists of seven parts:

Part 1: Understanding how you can be liked by another person

A rapport is formed when an individual creates a harmonious relationship with another person and shows interest in their perspectives and understanding.

It’s the most important process in any interaction you make. Without it, you can’t trust each other, and the chances of miscommunication is likely to take place.

  • Gain understanding of how to build rapport
  • Utilise common NLP techniques to help you in relationships
  • Become an expert in building rapport with others

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 2: Finding out what is currently working for you

The word, ‘relationship’ defines the bond between you and another person when interest, communication or connection is shown towards them.

  • To assess how healthy your relationships are
  • Understanding the definition of relationships

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 3: Fixing an unhealthy relationship

Think about a time when you have had to end a personal or professional relationship. It may have been the right thing to do but what matters isn’t the fact that you’ve ended this relationship but how you ended it.

This impacts on our emotional well-being as our future will be affected by the amount of emotional baggage we store from these broken relationships.

  • Be able to explain the definition of emotional baggage
  • Overcoming emotional barriers stopping you from moving on
  • To be able to let go of relationships that are no good in your life

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 4: How well are you communicating what you want from a relationship?

Two people can experience the same relationship in a completely different light. It all comes down to your unique perception of the world and everything it contains, including your loved ones. The way you feel about someone, will reflect in your behaviour. But the way someone receives this will reflect on their understanding.

  • Identify the importance of understanding one another in a relationship
  • Understand the common factors to do with communication
  • Identify areas for development in your existing relationships
  • Distinguish difference between health and unhealthy relationships

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 5: Choosing to hear what you want and choosing to hear what you don’t want to

Words make up a small percentage of communication, yet we all tend to rely on them to get our points across. As humans, we constantly take in information through our five senses but because this is a lot (4 million bits per second!) we unconsciously filter out things in order to help us perceive events.

  • To understand how we filter information – derived from NLP
  • Identify and practice using the filters in our relationships
  • Develop understanding and empathy towards others
  • Building relationships when rapport is broken down

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 6: Creating boundaries to maintain a healthy relationship

The most common reason for ending relationships is either because; they don’t feel valued or they don’t feel respected

  • Be able to create healthy boundaries in our relationships

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 7: Reflecting before taking action in any conflicting situation

Have you ever been in a situation where you are faced with conflict, and think that you are putting your ‘best effort’ into it but end up questioning why you reacted the way you did?

  • Be able to identify when you overlook your boundaries
  • Be able to manage conflict in the right way and create healthy boundaries

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
