This package consists of five parts:
Part 1: Understanding the science of our thinking process
Our minds are very powerful, and the way we think- is the way we act. When you experience things in life, your mind filters all the information about the experience, as well as your beliefs and values.
That means every single human has a different version of reality because it is heavily influenced and based on their personal experiences. And most of this happens without being consciously aware.
- To understand how we have different thinking patterns
- Be able to identify the neurological science behind the way we think
- Learn the 8 different metaprograms from NLP

Part 2: Your current way of storing information
Once you focus on your metaprograms, you will be able to make changes instantly. Letβs go over an exercise to see how you currently sort information and interpret things internally.

Part 3: Exploring practical solutions for change
Self-esteem is something that doesnβt seem obvious as it requires a lot of self-awareness to realise how you respond and the impact it gives to others.
What you think of yourself internally will always show through your language, behaviour and decisions you make.

Part 4: Understanding Self-esteem & Self-worth
Before we begin to delve into practical exercises on improving your self-esteem, letβs first identify the differences between self-worth and self-esteem as both go hand-in-hand together.

Part 5: Creating a balance between being humble and being confident
Often, people tend to confuse arrogance with self-esteem. Which prevents them from exploring their self-esteem for fear that they will become arrogant.
