Welcome to the Life Vision & Setting Goals programme. If you are looking to have purpose in your life, want to feel inspired to strive for something throughout your life and make the most out of your time on this planet- then this programme is for you.

This package consists of six parts:

Part 1: What does it mean to have a life vision?

To have a life vision means to have purpose and direction in your life. With an action plan, you will know what you want and be guided on how to achieve it. Consider your life vision as your road map for your daily action – with a destination in mind.

  • Be able to visualise what your life vision looks like

Part 2: Manifesting a dream and creating goals

Being around dreamers can be fun. They have great visual skills and have the ability to engage others with imagining a brighter future. They speak with positive language and their eyes glisten with excitement. Just like an innocent child.

  • Understand the importance of setting goals
  • Be able to define what having a goal is

This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.

Part 3: Auditing where you are today

A good place to start is by analysing where you are today with your life and goals.

You may be building your life vision, already have some things in place, and you may not even know it. Some people are natural at planning and envisioning, they are ambitious enough to do things that will give them a successful outcome.

  • Analyse your current situation with life and goals
  • Identify how fulfilled you currently are in your life
  • Be able to set goals in areas that need improving
  • Learn how to break down goals in measurable and specific steps

Part 4: Exploring and designing your goals

By exploring your deeper motivations, you will have an idea of what it takes for you to feel content and fulfilled. Sometimes what we want isn’t always visible, and it remains deep in our hearts.

Part 5: Taming Procrastination

Have you ever found yourself putting things off that you were supposed to complete from your to do list? Maybe it was difficult or inconvenient at that time. Avoiding things that need doing is called procrastination

  • Exploring the definition of procrastination
  • Understand the causes of procrastination and how to tackle it

Part 6: Building Core Values from Within

We are now going to go deeper and really tap into our core values. This is what fuels us to do what we do. Our values provide the energy behind all that we do.
