This package consists of three parts:
Part 1: Understanding what it means to take care of yourself
Self-care is important on all aspects of our lives. Our thoughts, our actions, our behaviour, our daily routine; everything. Caring about what you think is very crucial. Do you often find that you care about what other’s think of you?
- Be able to understand definition of self-care
- To identify and distinguish your needs
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 2: What do you tell yourself? How do you treat ‘you’?
From the definition of self-care, we can gather that taking care of yourself isn’t just about the physical aspects. Such as, drinking too much coffee, smoking regularly, not washing your makeup off properly etc.
- Gain a deep understanding of self-care
- Learn 2 key points of self-care
- Familiarise yourself when you are not practicing self-care
- Understanding your inner voice
This includes a face to face session, Skype or call session.
Part 3: When the going gets tough
Do you ever find yourself going the extra mile for others but let yourself down?
- Be able to keep going even when you feel loss of motivation
